Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We ship the day after we receive confirmation of payment through Paypal, or after we a receive bank or postal money order. Shipment for items paid by check will be held until the check clears. For orders in the United States you never pay for shipping, or insurance; we also include Confirmation of Delivery. We also ship Priority Mail within the United States . Outside the United States, we pay International First Class Mail, but we do not include insurance. If you opt to pay for insurance; please let us know i. We expect all Paypal payments to be made within three days of your commitment to purchase an item from our store, as indicated by filling out a purchase order, unless a mutual agreement is made prior to completing a purchase order. We take a purchase order to be a contract. All checks/or money orders must arrive within five days of completing a purchase order. We want this to be a pleasurable experience and we encourage you to ask any questions you may have!
