10K gold Victorian Ruby Ring

This is single but elegant ring that was tested positive for 10K gold. On the inside of the ring it is etched D.E.B ’21. I was able to capture some of that with the camera, however, some of it is too faint to show up. The ruby is bezel set in gold. There are two gold balls on either side of the stone. The gold on the shank has a design, which consists of a grove in the center of the shank. The ruby is open at the back, so light can shine through.

The ring is a size 6. It weighs 1.3 grams, and the ruby is ,50 carat. This is a very attractive ring that would make a lovely gift to that ever so special woman.
