Signed Designer Costume Jewelry, Early and 1930's Art Deco, Beautiful Unsigned Costume Jewelry
This bracelet may be a 1960’s revival Egyptian gold tone mesh bracelet with two snake heads, or the symbol of a club that was very popular in the 1960’s. The closure is a push box, which is hidden by the two snake heads that attach in the front. The snakes each have two green rhinestone eyes. There is a subtle rhinestone design on the top of the heads of the snake heads. The design looks like the symbol for the Playboy Bunny Club, which I didn’t notice til I took close-up shots of the piece. A raised band of clear rhinestones separates the heads from the mesh band of the bracelet. The bracelet measures 8” in length, and 1/2” at the snake heads. The bracelet is very appealing, as well as being fascinating, and perhaps even mysterious.
