This ring is marked “Sterling”, but the inscription is so rubbed out that it is impossible to photograph. The ring was most likely made in Europe and dates to the Victorian era. This is a hand wrought ring. I believe it is made of brass. At the center of the ring and at one corner at top and bottom is a small filigree design of flowers and leaves.
