Our Service Pledge To You:
Messages are checked regularly with prompt responses to purchases and inquiries.

I guarantee authenticity with accurate descriptions on all items in the shop.

I am not available on weekends but will try if possible to respond to e-mails. Purchase orders are welcome and will automatically reserve the item for you.

Orders will be shipped within 3-6 business days of Paypal, Money Order or Cash payment.

Orders will be shipped 10-12 business days after Check payment arrives for all new customers.

For insured or international orders I ship "TWICE" weekly: either on Tuesday or Wednesday and also on Friday.

Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
This shop offers a "Lay~A~Way" plan, please inquire prior to purchase to make arrangements. Please read below...

A Service Charge of 5% for 30 days, 10% for 60 days will be added to the original purchase price on all Lay-A-Way orders and is to be paid in full on the agreed final payment date.
The first payment is due 15 days of purchase date and every 15 days thereafter until the final payment ending date of 30 or 60 days which must be arranged at the time of purchase.

The first $15.00 for the Lay A Way is NON REFUNDABLE...!

Payment MUST arrive by the agreed payment date!
Please notify seller immediately about a delay in payment or the item will be returned to inventory.

Items may be placed on Lay-a-Way for no more than 60 days.

Please Note: AS OF (May 14, 2007)
Shipping/Insurance charges for "POSTCARD" orders will increase due to the increase of postal rates.

Postcard Purchases:

Shipping for first postcard is ($2.00). I will combine shipping/handling on additional multiple purchases.

For International postcard orders ($.50) will be added to US domestic shipping charge as applicable above.

Insurance is offered on all orders:

PLEASE NOTE: On Large orders a "HANDLING FEE" may be charged for orders paid via PayPal. Please check with seller before paying.

International Payment Options:
PayPal, International Money Order or US Currency Cash.
Shipping and Handling fees are higher than domestic so charges will be higher.

Insurance is highly recommended, as I am not responsible for lost items after they have been shipped.

I try to package all of my items as safely as possible, but occasionally packages do get damaged in transit so insurance is recommended.

PAYMENTS
Please make (or send) your payment within 3 business days of your purchase:
-- Paypal payments are due within 3 business days.
-- Check/Money Order payment must be mailed within 3 business days, to arrive promptly (within 7 to 10 days).

Personal check, non-postal money orders, and cashiers or bank checks have a minimum 10 business day clearance period.

If payment is not received in a timely manner, or contact made, the purchase order will be cancelled & the item re-listed.

Restocking Fee:
There is a .30 restocking fee on any returned item. Return postage is at the buyers expense.
Refunds or shop credit is for the purchase price only and does not include shipping charges.
