1920s Ladies golden watch chain with opal and ruby stones

Lovely red gold plated watch fob with a tubular piece sliding on a double chain and enhanced with a nice art deco medallion set with a genuine opal and a rectangular red stone which looks like a ruby (could be real ruby, could be spinel, pink tourmaline or could be glass, we are not sure). When open, the double chain measures 21½" (52 cm). It is closed together with a spring ring clasp. The condition is very good with no wear to the metal. We only noticed a dent on the back of the tubular piece, a chip on the rim of the red stone and a soldering point on the ring attached to the clasp. These minor flaws are really not disturbing and almost invisible to the naked eye.
