Amusing 50s sweep & black cat glass decanter set!

This charming decanter set was very popular in Europe in the 50s and is still very sought after. Decanter and glasses are entirely painted by hand and the chimney sweep and the black cat are both painted on the decanter. Four glasses are enhanced with the sweep and two with the black cat. It's not easy these days to find a complete set with 6 glasses in virtually mint condition like this. The only flaw we noticed is a tiny surface chip on the bottom rim of the foot of one glass. All the rest is perfect, as far as we can tell. The decanter is about 5½ x 6" (14 x 15 cm) and about 3" (7½ cm) deep. The glasses have a diameter of 2½" (6½ cm) and are 2½" (6½ cm) high. They sit nicely on a solid glass ball. The whole set weighs over 1 kilo and your share of the shipping costs for Priority registered airmail will be $20 for the countries neighboring Switzerland and $28 anywhere else in the world.
