Incredible 30s French half doll, celluloid top

What an amazing half doll, we never saw her before. This young lady is nothing like the German half dolls and we found her in France, so we reckon she was made in France during the art deco period from heavy porcelain. She has one arm away from her body and holding a rose. She has a very pretty handpainted face. She wears the most extravagant celluloid or early plastic top made from several layers with golden flowers in relief and a sort of green wing. This top is actually glued on the girl. This half doll or pin cushion lady is quite large: 5" (13 cm) high and in pristine condition with no cracks, repairs or color wear. Unmarked, as far as we can tell. There are still some old metal wires attached to the doll. We think she was a lamp topper in her early days.
