Very sweet tiny half doll with bouquet on pincushion

This adorable girl is tiny but still has a lot of details. She wears a white and pink blouse and holds a bouquet of flowers in one hand. Her light brown hair is Marcel-waved. She was made in the 20s from white porcelain and handpainted. We cannot see if she is marked without undoing the pincushion, but we are pretty certain she is German. Altogether she is 4½" (11½ cm) high but the little girl alone is only 1½" (4 cm) tall. Not very often you find such a miniature half doll! She is in excellent condition and would be even sweeter if some skilled lady would sew a nice pink skirt for her!
