Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping and insurance cost, no handling charges on purchases. We will pack very well and ship priority mail. Insurance is required for most of our items. We can usually ship the same day or next day within received payment.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a small 15% restocking fee on returned items.

Other Information:
We DO accept pay pal, but because the items in this shop are being sold by two different people, we will individually bill your purchases by sending a pay pal invoice to your Ruby Lane email address.
