French Art Nouveau Acid Cutback Glass Vase

There's a lot of opalescence in the bottom of this exquisite cabinet piece, and the artwork and colors, as you can see, are lyrical. A very subtle acid-etched mark on the bottom of this 7 1/2 inch tall vase wants to tell us the maker, but "subtle" here rhymes with "nearly invisible." I'm sure that a seasoned glass pro could tell you from across a football field who made it, but I'm just the waterboy. I buy because I'm captivated by Beauty, and captivated I was in this instance... those limey greens and pinkish reds on a bed of orange misted by pearl, those slender hips, long neck... mmmmm....
