Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We ship USPS, mostly priority mail, and quote the actual shipping fees plus insurance. We ship internationally and claim ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE on all customs forms. Kindly refrain from asking us to do otherwise. Items paid by charge card will be shipped immediately. Personal checks need 5 business days to clear. All items are packed with considerable care.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
We welcome Layaway Plans for most items on our site. A 20% deposit and we will work with you for the amount of time needed. Should a buyer cancel a layaway, they will forfeit their deposit. There is no cash refund on layaway returns, regardless of the reason, as all items are as described and numerous pictures are provided. A store credit will be offered for returned layaways, minus the deposit. Please understand that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. After 60 days of non-payment, a layaway is considered canceled by the seller. Pennsylvania residents please add 6% sales tax. Mailing information;
