Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We ship USPS, mostly priority mail, and quote the actual shipping fees plus insurance. We ship internationally and claim ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE on all customs forms. Kindly refrain from asking us to do otherwise. Items paid by charge card will be shipped immediately. Personal checks need 5 business days to clear. All items are packed with considerable care.

Restocking Fee:
For canceled layaways or returned layaways, there is a restocking fee 10% of the sale price. Money will be refunded in the same monthly increment of the layaway payment.

Other Information:
Layaway Plans are available for any item on our site. A 20% deposit and we will work with you for the amount of time needed. If the buyer cancels a layaway or returns a layaway, there will be a restocking fee 10% of the sale price. Money will be refunded in the same monthly increment of the layaway payment. Pennsylvania residents please add 6% sales tax.
