I want you to be completely happy with your purchase; I therefore have a no hassle return policy. It's often difficult to tell from pictures whether or not something you buy will match what you intend for it to match. Just let me know within three days of receipt and I will happily take your returns. After all, I want you to shop with me the next time you feel like buying something.

Unless bared by acts of nature I do my best to ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

I also try to respond to any questions within 24 hours, unless I'm on vacation in which case I will turn the vacation light on and you will be aware of it from the start.

Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Within the United States I ship by USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending upon your preference. For international shipping I use USPS Express Mail International as long as insurance is available. I want your items to arrive safely, and just in case they don't I want you covered by insurance. Buyer pays actual shipping and insurance.

Please note that I will not ship to locations where insurance is not available. So sorry.

Restocking Fee:
Jewelry buying should be fun and stress free. If you buy something from me, I want you to love it. Therefore, returns are easy and I charge no restocking fees. If, however, you live outside the United States and decide to return something and I am billed for tariffs or charges through no fault of our mine I will deduct that from the refund price.

Other Information:
LAYAWAYS accepted for full priced items over $300. Layaways will be for a maximum of 60 days from date of sale. Layaways require 34% down and 33% of the total selling price at 30 days and 60 days from the date of sale. Should you cancel a layaway the initial down payment is non refundable since I may be missing potential sales on that item and I have hungry mouths to feed. Down payments are also forfeit if you don't make payments on time. (This is the only area where I'm a real stickler for precise details, but this part is pure business and I have to state it in such terms).

Exceptions exist to every rule and communication is the key, so if you run into trouble on payments, just let ne know and I'll do my best to work with you.
