Austrian jewelry just had a way with rhinestones. The clusters in this sublime necklace are reminiscent of comets. Florets of fuchsia and purple aurora borealis sit atop four grey ‘shooting’ baguettes that are tipped with chatons of cardinal and fuchsia. This beauty is 19” around and 1 3/8” wide. The plating is rhodium and shows no wear. The rhinestones all sparkle and as most Austrian rhinestones do, this one glistens. This piece is marked Made in Austria on an oval cartouche.
