I've loved the flash and sparkle for as long as I can remember. It must be a hold over from the days when I played with glitter and dreamed of being a Princess.

I have been collecting vintage jewelry forever – you know, back when it was still called COSTUME jewelry. Yep, I'm that old. A good day for me is one in which the sun is shining and the warmth seeps through your soul AND I find a matching piece to some obscure bit of vintage jewelry that I already own. I scour flea markets, antique shops and web sites looking for that one brooch, or pair of earrings or bracelet or necklace that matches something she already has. I have hooked every friend (okay, only the women, but I'm working on the guys) on finding vintage costume jewelry - it's so much more fun than buying from the Department Stores - and you know it's going to last, some of it has been around 50 or 60 years and it still looks new.

I love playing in my jewelry boxes with my girlfriends. Add a glass of wine or beer, some snacks and mirrors and you're guaranteed a night full of fun and laughter. So take a look and come and play with us, we're happy you're here!
