You have seen the Rest now here is the Best
Likely the finest Georgian Period Mourning hair ring I have ever come across in this museum quality
example. The ring is solid gold likely 14kt. or 18kt. gold and is a size 7 to 8. The exquisite engraving on the inside reads; Harriot Blundstone O.P. 3rd of August 1798. Both shanks of the ring have a sumptuous blue enamel Egyptian design that gives the ring incredible balance and debonair.
The glass dome secures a small lock of carefully woven blonde hair.
You would be hard pressed to find an equal in this ring.
Thank you for your interest and consideration. We appreciate you.
