This vintage brooch signed Weiss is full of magnificent rhinestones. It is a cluster of 9mm, 7mm,4mm 3mm and 2mm rhinestones. The 2, 3 and 4mm rhinestones separate the larger stones. There are red, green, topaz and citrine colored rhinestones all set in dog tooth (prong) settings. The red stones have an aurora borealis finish therefore, I believe the circa to be around 1950. It is domed shaped and measures 2 1/4 " round. There is a C clasp closure and the colors remind me of the Christmas Holidays all bright and cheerful. This is a must see.
