Stangl made most of their bird figures in the 1940’s and early 50’s. This beautiful Evening Grosbeak, or Crested Goldfinch as it may sometimes be referred to, comes with the bright bold colors. It stands 5” tall. It has the brown “Stangl” mark on the bottom, as well as #3813 incised and the artist’s initials, “V” which designates it as being decorated by Veronica Malloy, a Trenton, NJ bird decorator. It is in excellent condition – no chips, cracks, nicks or repairs. Brighten up your collection with their gorgeous bird!
