Our Service Pledge To You:
We will respond to all orders within 2 business days, usually we ship within 1 business day.

We will accept returns on any item that you are not satisfied with.

If we misrepresented any item, in any way, we will refund in full upon return of the item.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Unless noted buyer pays shipping and handling charges.

We are more than happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases.

In many cases our charges will be less than the shipping calculator shows. If you email us we will be happy to tell you the cost before buying. If you should overpay we will refund any overpayment more than $1.00.

We will normally ship smaller items by USPS Priority mail. Larger items, more than 3-5 pounds, can be shipped by UPS Ground, Fedex Ground or Priority mail. We will normally ship using whatever method the customer requests.

We do NOT ship by USPS Parcel Post.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
