Offered for sale is a magnificent American Federal Period, Southern origin chest. circa 1790-1810. This chest is structurally very sound, in good condition and made of the most beautiful walnut wood and inlay with the secondary wood being, chestnut & poplar. This wonderful find has 2/3 configuration, cockbeaded drawers, scalloped skirt, straight feet, beautiful restored hardware. Dimensions: 40" tall 42" wide, 20" deep.
