Our Service Pledge To You:
I respond to all emails daily Monday - Friday, except holidays. I can only accept credit cards for items over 25.00 and I can only accept credit card orders from USA customers.
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I Ship FEDEX in the USA unless you "request" another shipper.
***INTERNATIONAL buyers: I ship via USPS; please add 20.00 (non-refundable) handling fee to shipping services. Please remember that you will have customs (import) fees when you buy from the USA. Be sure to check in advance of your purchase with your local customs office to find out what these costs will be.
Restocking Fee:
We charge a 20% restocking fee plus my shipping cost if I pay shipping to you....on all returned items. I take many photos of an item, so be sure it's the item you're looking for! "NO" Refund on Lay-a-ways...may use payment totals as in store credit at either of my Ruby Lane Shops.
Other Information:
USA BUYERS: If you choose to pay via check (14 day hold on all checks) or MO the payment must be received within 7 business days. If you choose to pay via Paypal, please do so within 48 hours or sale pending will be removed...INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Upon receipt of my email informing you of the total; ALL international sales including Canada MUST be paid via PayPal (non-credit card funds) within 48 hours, checks of any kind and MO will no longer be accepted from international buyers.
If payment isn't made in a timely manner, I will remove "sale pending" from the item so other shoppers have the opportunity to purchase the item: I "DO NOT" email payment reminders!
I can't accept credit card payments for items less than 25.00.
