Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Purchase more than one item at one time and I will ship them together (if possible) to save you money on shipping.

Buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance, on most items insurance is an option for you, make sure to check or uncheck the box when paying. We ship items Monday-Friday via USPS.

Shipment: Your item will be mailed after verified clearance of your Personal or Business check (please allow 10 banking days) and after actual funding of PayPal "E-Check" (please allow 5 banking days).

If you pay with money orders or credit cards, your item will be mailed following receipt of funds in our account.

PayPal and all credit card purchases will be shipped to verified/confirmed credit card billing addresses ONLY; please ensure that you give the correct shipping address on your Darling Harbor purchase order.

We take great care to securely package your purchase. All jewelry items come in a jewelry gift box, and are bubble wrapped. We ship First Class U.S. Mail within the U.S. We have shipped many items to international customers as well, and will determine the best shipping method based on an international customer's location. We use USPS First Class Mail for International orders. If you'd prefer USPS International Priority Mail, please advise after you have selected your item/s. This service is quite costly.

The cost of Shipping plus Insurance will be added to your purchase total.

Please feel free to inquire as to the Shipping and Insurance costs for any item for International destinations.

Payment must be received within 7 days or item will be re-listed.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all items returned.

Other Information:
We do offer lay-away, please contact us first about payment plans. Payment is due in 7 days from time of Invoice Sent. Payment must be received within 7 days or transaction will be cancelled and item re-listed.

If paying by Paypal, we can only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. Thank you!
