This is a Czech Bohemian art glass decanter and two glasses, circa 1930.
The decanter has two painted black Scottish terrier dogs, facing each other, and standing on some green foliage. On the bottom the glass is blown up in a cylindrical bubble, on the decanter and the two small shot glasses. The enamel painting is a type of reverse painting on the bubbles. On the decanter, the two Scotties are of different sizes. I think the one on the left is the father doggie and the one on the right is the mommy doggie. The small shot glasses each show one black Scotty dog, and I think these are the two puppies.
The glass is clear. There are thin bands of red enamel around the stopper and the top of the decanter. The red enamel is worn away from the liqueur glasses. The quality is equivalent to other Bohemian glass makers like Moser or Harrach.
The decanter is 9 ¾” high to the top of the stopper and 4 ¾” wide. The small glasses are 2 3/8” high and 2” wide.
There is a signature for the maker etched into the bottom of the decanter. I can’t make out the words.
There are some bubbles in the glass. There is a tiny flake on the bottom of the stopper. There are no chips or cracks.
