Baccarat France Paperweight

Beautiful older paperweight etched with round mark and the words Baccarat France.and 3 figural items. 1 looks like a champagne glass, the middle one looks like a crystal decanter and I can't make out the 3rd one. The paperweight is crystal clear with a cobalt blue bottom to enhance the wonderful carving of someone important. The carving is inscribed on the end of his neck with a name and date. The date looks like 1971. The paperweight measures about 2 3/4" across and about 1 1/2" high. It has 6 round windows going around it to see the bust inside. It tapers from the bottom of the windows into one circle on the top that is about 1 3/4" across. The main ball sits on a smaller short type pedestal. The pedestal is about 2 3/8" across. There is one flaw and that is a tiny flake on the pedestal part. There are scratches and wear on the bottom apparently from being slide on a desk for a long time.
