A vintage heavy cardboard sign in a newer wood frame, no glass, with foam backing, sawtooth hanger affixed along with two no-slide bumpers -- ready to display -- NOTE:streak in white field under B & L; lower 1/8th to 1/3d of CIGAR is discolored as is the lower border -- the sign is loose inside the frame and tends to pop out at upper center, easily corrected with framers' points or small rolls of tape -- otherwise NM and a grand display -- Overall Dimensions in the frame @ c. 36.5W x 16.5H x 1 inches deep -- I'll pay for shipping (probably $20-25)
