Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. Rates may vary for overseas shipping. If you do not pay for insurance, I am not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee. For any returned items, buyer is reimbursed for cost of item, but pays shipping fees.

Discounts are offered to repeat customers, please remind me.
I prefer paypal payments within 3 days of issuing the purchase order, and payment with check or money order within seven days, unless I am contacted and arrangements are made for a later payment.
I send payment reminders, when needed, and generally relist an item if payment is not received within the specified time period or if the buyer does not respond via email about payment arrangements.
