Butterick pattern 3648 in size large and x-large, part of their "making history" series.
Very loose fitting floor length robe and hat with purchased fur trim. Fitted, double breasted, lined waist length jacket with standing collar, wide lapels, back pleats, and long vent, shoulder pads and long sleeves with stitched cuffs. Tapered, straight pants have buttoned waistband and fly closure. Single layered scarf, cut by suggestion and narrow hemmed.
This one is for a man in a wonderful Victorian era suit with large hat reminds me of something from a Dicken's novel. Second costume is for a man in a lovely green velvet robe with white trim and nightcap.
Mint unused condition.
Would appear to be an advanced sewing project.
