Sparkly bright vintage rhinestone brooch is signed Hattie Carnegie. It consists of a goldtone metal frame loaded with all prong set clear and rootbeer rhinestones.
Great design, with four large tear drop rootbeer stones, the one at the very top is surrounded by a number of large, different shaped stones. There are eleven "legs" of rhinestones dripping from the center.
Measures 3 inches long by 1.5 inches wide. Condition is very good, however, one small dangling rhinestone may be missing.
