Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping for most items will be via US Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation included. Smalls (ie jewelry items, ties, and gloves) will typically be shipped US First Class Mail. Insurance on items under $50 is optional; above $50 is included in the S/H fee. Shipping will be within 2 business days, and sooner if possible.

I happily combine shipping on multiple purchases and accommodate requests for express shipping. Please contact me if you are an International customer and would like a quote on shipping charges to your country.

Restocking Fee:
Returned merchandise with a purchase price of over $100 will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. In addition, refunds will be given for the purchase price of an item only (ie the original shipping and/or insurance costs for that item will NOT be refunded).
