Confirmed Juliana goldtone and rhinestone leaf brooch combines navettes and 3 sizes of chatons in an intense capri blue with aurora borealis accents. The complex layered construction begins with navettes in open-backed settings, topped by a layer of goldtone “stalks” with chatons at their ends, and then by a large capri blue chaton ringed by AB stones, with a smaller, wired over capri blue accent; stem is encrusted with AB chatons as well.

All stones in this mega-sparkler are prong-set, and the closed-back settings to the blue chatons create a slightly darker hue in them than in the open-back navettes, resulting in a subtle but lovely color modulation in the piece. Measuring 3 ½” x 1 ¾”, this brooch is in excellent vintage condition.
