Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We package moderate sized items ourselves. Other items are professionally packaged and shipped. All purchases are shipped insured. All packaging, shipping and insurance costs are charged to the customer. We can arrange delivery by any feasible method (e.g. Express Mail, Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx). Smaller items are shipped within 5 days (within 10 days for checks) after receipt of payment. Furniture will be delivered by truck, usually within 3 weeks, unless other arrangements are made. We are equipped to deliver furniture within 100 miles of the metro Saint Louis MO area for a delivery fee plus mileage.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
