Antique authentic #3 Shaker rocker from the late 19th - early 20th century. Small armless rocker features a natural finish; peach and tan taped seat; and finely turned finials in classic Mount Lebanon style atop the back.

One of several selected items from a private Shaker collection from New Lebanon NY sold at auction in 2002; this chair probably was used by one of the Shakers in residence at Mount Lebanon.

The Shaker size #3 is embossed on the back of the top slat. The #3 is a medium size chair made by Shaker craftsman.

Classic Shaker rocker in great condition. Great for a den or sitting room.

Item ID: 42-0059
