Whiskey and Babies. That's what the back of the card says and then goes on to talk about mother's giving the new born babies and very small children Whiskey, Paregoric, Laudnum, Cordials, and stupifying syrups. Dr. Hand is advertising his products instead - of course, he isn't saying what's in his product!!! Wonderful card. Purchased in 2004 in Connecticut. The whole album has many unusual and wonderful cards. Tiny tear on left side - otherwise this card is in excellent condition as you can see from the photograph.
