Four extraordinarily fine c1890 vintage Victorian scrap album gilt framed embossed lithograph cards of fantasy little people from Rhode Island album - (1) lovely little Victorian girl with a flower basket sprawled on the ground under a large red umbrella; (2) tiny little Dutch (?) girl sitting by a gigantic fan; (3) little European (Dutch?) boy extending a bouquet of flowers through a hole in a very large broken tambourine; and (4) a little Victorian boy sitting on the ground wearing a large woman's straw hat. Amazingly fine, highly-detailed, and extremely sharp lithographs that are true treasures.

Four single-side cards each measuring 5-1/2" x 4".

PHOTO NOTE: The true colors of these images are vivid and the clarity is exquisite when viewed in person. The scanning process (1) exaggerates small defects that are barely noticeable when viewed in person; and (2) distorts the clarity of the image and the intensity of the colors. The muted "grainy" look of these scanned images is a distortion.

CONDITION NOTE: The cards and central fantasy figure images are in very fine condition. The cards have peripheral spots of color loss, and the borders and edges have some loss of gilt & color. The corners are slightly rounded and scuffed. However, all defects are greatly exaggerated by the scans, and not at all distracting in person.
