#01-0417 - Boye Store Advertising Display Case c.1919 is a wonderful piece. Wording on back says, "This Cabinet is owned by the undersigned and loaned for display and sale of "Boye" Brand Merchandise Only. The Boye Needle Company. Chicago. New York. San Francisco." Truly a lovely piece with original finish and needles. Back compartment stores extra tips for the crochet needles. Front of case tells item Pat'd Jan. 14 1919 - Dec. 16, 1919. Needles are: Three #8 DRITZ, Swiss Made; Six #12 MILWARD, Made in England; Nine #4 Boye; Ten #3 Boye; Eleven #5 Boye, and Two #6 Boye. Case Measures 7-1/4" High, Base is 5-1/4" deep x 7-1/2" wide.
