About Us
Cynthia Sanders Hood of CSH Designs™ Handcrafted Artisan Jewelry specializes in original upscale designed art jewelry at affordable prices. Cynthia unintentionally started CSH Designs™ in 2003 when she was looking for a hobby.

"The thought of jewelry came naturally to me but there was a problem. I knew how to wear it but not how to make it. I scoured magazines and the Internet and taught myself," Cynthia says. It was not long before people took notice and started ordering her designs. CSH Designs™ took off and Cynthia has not looked back. She is now selling worldwide. Cynthia continues to captivate people who appreciate her unique vision and designs.

"I draw my inspiration from nature and the beautiful enchanting treasures I find, that go into every CSH Design™," she says. She understands the harried life of women who always try to do too much and wishes to help them put themselves first. "My day job entails working at the College I attend while obtaining a degree in Anthropology with a double minor in History and English. I work in the Disability Student Services department where I help test students with disabilities in all subjects and tutor those students in English (the subject, not the language). So I know what it is like to live an extremely busy life. Jewelry helps me feel great about myself and I am able to focus that energy on helping others feel the same." Because Cynthia believes a woman must feel good about herself in order to be able to give to the world, she has chosen the motto "you should always treat yourself well" to represent the spirit of CSH Designs™. "I believe we're all meant to sparkle," she adds. "It's a quest I've had ever since I was a child, when I tipped over my mother's jewelry box and adorned every person and animal in sight."

Cynthia incorporates her flair for the unique and dramatic into every CSH original design. "It's my pleasure to create unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces. In fact, it is my passion. Each item is thoughtfully crafted to bring out the best possible qualities of the piece no matter how large or small, and you can always be assured that your special treasure is unlike any other piece on earth," she says. "I never duplicate my pieces."
