Mod Butterscotch Red Swirl Bakelite Brass Ring Necklace Earrings

This wonderful butterscotch & red marbled bakelite necklace and earring set was made from a vintage belt I found.

Using this wonderful bakelite discs ( what a wonderful color combination)and the original brass rings and connectors, I fashion a lavaliere type necklace. Adding a large domed iced tea bakelite cabochon to the bottom disc gave it just a bit of pizzazz. The matching earrings are pierced style but can be changed over to clips if the buyer prefers.

The necklace measures 24" long with a 4 3/4" drop. The matching earrings measure 2 1/2" to top of earring hoop.

The set is in good vintage condition but the original brass rings have some minor discoloration from age. I polished just a tad but wanted it to have that vintage look.

Really a different bakelite artisan set.
