Almiros beach near Corfu Greece is a place which legend has it may have been the last port of call for Odysseus before he sailed back to his beloved Ithaca. I named this piece for that beach. This necklace suggests to me epic voyages, Greek islands and the longing for home and Penelope. Could this be the very necklace Odysseus took back for his beloved? Heck no, I just made it in my shop! Pendant is 2 1/8 inches (54MM) by 1 ½ inches (32MM). Overall length is 18 ½ inches.

The cabochon is Chinese turquoise and may have been subject to stabilization and dye. Beading is accomplished with black glass beads and copper colored beads. Domestic shipping is free.
