Our Return Policy:

We do our best to accurately and completely describe the items we offer for sale. Please be sure to email us with any questions you may have about the item you are considering purchasing.

You may return any item with which you are not satisfied if you follow these procedures:

1. You must contact us by email within 3 days of receiving the item and state your intention to return the item.
2. All returns must be shipped to us within 5 days of your notification that you intend to return the item.
3. We ship our items with a special mark in order to identify them as having come from our inventory, and any items you return for refund must still have our mark.
4. You must return the item to us using the same type/class of mail that we originally used. The item must be appropriately wrapped and packaged to avoid damage. Keep in mind that poorly packed merchandise will not be covered by USPS insurance and we will not honor any claims denied by the Postal Claim Clerk.

We will refund the purchase price of any item that you return to us in accordance with the above procedures. The refund will be made within 3 days and will be in the form of a PayPal credit, if payment was made using PayPal. Otherwise, refunds will be made by check. We will not refund the shipping, insurance or handling costs associated with the purchase or return of the item unless it is erroneously identified by us, and the buyer provides documentation confirming the correct identification.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We are happy to combine shipping costs for multiple purchases. If you'd like a quote, just let us know what items you'd like to purchase.

Shipping Timeframes: Personal checks must be cleared before shipping (10 days). Items paid for with PayPal or money orders will be shipped within 3 business days of payment receipt.

Shipping: ALL items are shipped at the buyer's expense. We use USPS Priority Mail for almost all items. We privately insure all shipments unless the buyer requests USPS insurance. A comparison of insurance rates and coverages is available by contacting us for information. In the unlikely event of receipt of broken merchandise, please contact us for claim instructions. On International shipments, items will be accurately described and valued on Customs Forms.

We provide secure, professional packing for the treasures we ship!

Restocking Fee:
We will charge a restocking fee that is equivalent to our out of pocket PayPal fees. If a buyer paid with a check or money order, there will be no restocking fee.

Other Information:
U.S. Buyers: we accept PayPal as well as Personal checks and Money orders. PayPal shipments will only be sent to confirmed addresses. To recoup our bank fees, there will be a $20.00 charge on all returned checks.

International Buyers please note: We accept ONLY PayPal.

Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase, unless other arrangements are made in advance of the purchase. Connecticut residents are required to remit a 6% State Sales Tax or provide a valid Tax Exempt Form.
