This matching set has iridescent marbleized pink celluloid that resembles fancy Mother of Pearl. Each piece has a hand applied Art Nouveau decoration. The design is ‘engraved’ flowers, stems and leaves that are colored. The colors include blue, green and black. There are tiny color rhinestones inset as the flower centers and flower buds.

The set includes 2 frames, a clock, a perfume or cologne atomizer bottle, and 5 tools, including cuticle scissors, a file and a buttonhook.

The pictures in the frames are 2 silent movie stars from the early 20th century, Grace Cunard and Francis X. Bushman. The frames have velvet backs and the base celluloid on all of the pieces is a deep orange color.

There are no marks on the set except the scissors that state an illegible brand and “Germany”. The frames are about 6 ½” by 4 ¾”, the perfume is 5 ¼” tall, the clock measures about 3” tall and 7” by 1 ½” on the base. The tools range from 4 ¾” to 6 ¾” long.

Condition: overall, there are no heavy scratches, heat damage, cracks, nicks or chips. About one-half of the rhinestones have been lost on the set. One frame is missing the clear plastic insert that protects the picture. The perfume is missing the atomizer bulb and it has some stains on top from use. The clock is not working. The handles on all of the tools are firmly attached and the metal parts are clean.
