Small Fenton Bowl w/ Bennington Glaze

This is a beautiful Bowl with a rich, brown Bennington Glaze, by The Fenton Pottery Company, in Bennington, Vermont.

It is a small size bowl with a moulded design that features panels topped with a 'V' and a scallop below two horizontal ribs at the rim. It has a stunning warm, rich mottled brown glaze and it rings like a bell when tapped!

Unmarked, it stands about 2 ¾" tall and is 5 ¼" across the top and 2 ½" across the foot.

Very Good Condition: one chip on the foot; heavy use scratches in bottom; no cracks, nicks or crazing.

This is a beautiful example of Bennington Pottery. It is a wonderful size and the moulded pattern is quite nice!
