This little beauty is brass plated and it features a beautiful openwork design on the top and sides. Even the corners have a decorative treatment! The door has a banner stating “Safe” and it has a lock that uses a (missing) key. There is a center post on the interior to provide structural integrity and the coin slot is at the back.
It measures 3 3/8” tall and almost 2 Ľ” by 2 ˝” on top. It is marked “Pat June 2 1896” on the bottom.
Excellent Condition: no cracks or breaks; no key; minimal use wear to exterior finish; door opens and closes with ease; interior has rusted.
