Our Service Pledge To You:
The items we offer are of fine quality and we strive to cover condition in detail through both our description and photos. We alert you to any noticeable marks, dents, nicks and scratches, but it should be remembered that these are antiques, hand made and show marks of time and imperfection.
Please remember that all of these items are in our 30,000 sq.ft. antique and collectible retail store. My every effort and intention that everything in this shop be available, but if it is sold inside the retail store the same day of your inquiry, I sincerely apologize for any confusion if this happens.
Orders at Holiday Time or Special occassions will be processed ASAP upon request. Otherwise be processed 2 to 5 business days. Larger pieces will require increased time, but the buyer will be made aware (see shipping & handling under terms of sale).
If payment is different then PayPal and credit card, the payment will need to be in our store with in 7 business days. In those 7 business days there will be a hold sign on the item or items. After the 7 business days it will be available for sale. If payment arrives after the 7 business days and item is still available the order will be filled. If item had sold, your payment will be returned to you. If the payment is a check or money order the item will be held till check and money order has cleared. No Exception! As we have received fraudulent checks and money orders.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We only ship to the continental U.S. Buyer to pay all shipping, handling and insurance cost. Buyer may obtain a quote of shipping costs by emailing his shipping address to us. Small item are shipped by DHL, UPS, USPS and Greyhound and will be insured. Shipping charges and insurance on larger items like furniture will be figured with Greyhound, Overnite Freight Lines or AC Delivers. We advise using a professional moving company like AC Delivers, as they will blanket wrap and deliver to your door and set in place. The deliver time is longer and well worth it if you are not in any hurry.
I advise when you receive an item, inspect it before you sign off on the item in case there is damage. If there is damaged in transit, a claim must be filed with the carrier, and we will assist the buyer by providing whatever documnets are needed to file the claim.
Restocking Fee:
There will be a 10% restocking fee on smalls and 20% on large items returned to stock due to the liberal Ruby Lane return policy. We believe our description and pictures speak for themselves. We do want you to call or email if you have any questions about any items your interested in before you purchase them. We can always send more pictures. The buyer will pay for the fee of shipping back to us and must be in good condition.
Other Information:
Sales Taxes apply where applicable by law. Your credit card transaction is safe going through our retail store. You may call our number on the home page or fax 417-777-4754 or email in 2 to 3 emails with the information, to assure safe transfer of credit card information.
