Irish vintage photo card, published by Irish Tourist Association Photo, printed in Eire. Depicting The Parnell Monument in Dublin. Charles S. Parnell (1846 - 1891) was Ireland's principal spokesman for nationalism and home rule during the 1880s. The monument was made by Saint - Gaudens who started working on it in 1903. Unused.
