Whether you buy a $5 hanky from us or a $5000 antique, you're entitled to the same high level of customer service and attention. We make sure your item is packaged as if we were shipping a priceless family heirloom to ourselves. Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Please note that if you order more than one item, the shipping calculator will usually be way too high. Your total will be adjusted to actual upon receipt of order.

The shipping calculator only allows for one choice of shipping methods. In most cases shipping calculation is based on Priority rates, but we can and will offer other, more economical shipping methods such as Fedex Ground or Parcel Post/regular mail if available - just ask. Items weighing over 3 pounds are generally calculated at Parcel Post rates but may in fact be shipped Fedex Ground instead at our discretion. We do ship internationally but prefer not to pre-select the shipping method for our buyers - please email us with your location for a quote on all available shipping options.

Rest assured that we package safely and expertly and never skimp on packaging materials. Charges for handling or packaging materials are very rare but if applicable they are clearly stated in the item description or included in stated shipping cost.

We can ship almost anywhere in the world, unless the item is simply too big to be shipped overseas, or unless it's forbidden under the customs/import laws of your country.

Restocking Fee:
Restocking fees are never charged for returns when there is a problem with the item, but we may, at our discretion, apply a 10% restocking fee for other types of returns.

Other Information:
We are no longer accepting checks or money orders without prior arrangement, or unless you've purchased from us in the past. Please use Paypal or your credit card. If you are a regular or past customer, your check or money order is still welcome.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit card payments directly. Please call 208-547-4745 with your credit card info upon placing your order. We also accept Paypal - you can use your credit card to make a secure online payment without having to sign up or open a Paypal account.

Paypal and credit card payments must be received within 48 hours of purchase order placement unless other arrangements are made. Checks or money orders (upon prior approval only) must be received within one week of purchase order unless buyer lives overseas. Items held pending payment arrival will be put back in inventory after these time periods unless other arrangements are agreed to. Idaho residents will be charged 6% sales tax unless a resale or other tax exemption certificate is provided.
