A set of three folk art feather craft or feather art exotic bird pictures from Mexico, circa 1940s. One is a peacock, I'm not sure what the other birds are. They have colorful real bird feathers and hand painted foliage on white backgrounds. The pictures are matted under glass with woodgrain paper mats and framed in off-white bamboo or birch bark carved effect wooden moulding. Each picture is 8 by 6 inches. The back side of the pictures, under the cardboard frame backing, is marked Made in Mexico. Very good condition, some age wear to the painted frames as shown. Price is for the set of three.
