These unusual red and yellow figural wax Christmas candles are in the shape of Santa Claus boots, about 3" tall. They date to the late 1930s to mid 40s, and were designed by Franklin Gurley, who worked for Socony-Vacuum Oil Company designing their line of Tavern candles, then formed his own candle company. They don't have cardboard bases to identify which company produced them but I believe they're Tavern.

The candles are in excellent condition, unlit. One price for all three.
