This charming deep divided childs feeding dish was made for Hankscraft, a company that specialized in baby or juvenile items and small electric appliances. It's pink and in the shape of Donald Duck. Donald's head pulls off so you can fill the bowl with hot water to keep baby's food warm. It measures 8-1/2" by 6-1/2" by about 2" deep (not counting the head). This 1920s children's bowl was an advertising premium from Wheaties cereal. It's 6" diameter, 8 sided with vertical ribs at the sides, and a charming old fashioned decal in the center depicting a little boy and girl. The boy holds a pot of tulips, the girl has a pan of food or a pie. A kitty and a bunny are in the scene as well. Marked WHEATIES on the bottom in gold lettering. The bowl has no chips or cracks but there is crazing to the glaze and the decal is faded in spots.

This sweet child's or baby feeding plate was made by Crooksville China in 1941 though it is missing the usual mark on back. It depicts the original Raggedy Ann and Andy riding a cloth camel. The bowl measures 7-3/4" diameter by 1-1/4" and has a 3/4" rim. The graphics are in good condition will little wear or fading. This very scarce 1930s 3-section juvenile feeding plate can be seen on page 82 of the original edition of Stern's Guide to Disney Collectibles. It's just under 8" diameter and has decaled illustrations of two of the original Disney cartoon Three Little Pigs plus the Big Bad Wolf in each of the plate sections. Early juvenile feeding dishes often had an educational or even disciplinary theme, sometimes stern, sometimes amusing. This Bavaria porcelain baby plate depicts a pair of young Pierrots trying to smoke cigars. This cute mauve colored Frankoma juvenile feeding plate is in the shape of a happy mouse with very large ears. It's divided into three main sections for baby's food, with two additional sections that appear to be for holding utensils. The dish is 10-3/8" by 6-1/4" by 1-1/4" high. It's marked Frankoma USA 257 on the back. There is no wear or damage but there are several pinpoint glaze skips (about 5, all close together) on the upper rim, which occurred during manufacture.

These porcelain enamel or graniteware child's drinking mugs are a mauve pink color with primary colored designs of turn-of-the-century children playing in a wheelbarrow. The mugs hold 9 ounces to the rim and measure 2-3/4" high by 3" diameter. All have bright, strong graphics, minor enamel chipping. The most badly chipped mugs in the photos have been sold, the remaining ones are in good shape. Each cup is numbered 1271 and marked Germany. Two are available, price is for each.

This adorable juvenile feeding plate depicts a sweet curly haired little girl feeding a teddy bear in a high chair. The heavy china plate is 7-1/2" diameter with a faded gold band around the rim. There is no maker's mark on the back so I'm not sure where or when it was made, but the girl's clothing, hairstyle, and general look of the design seem to be from the late 1920s to 1930s era. No damage other than the wear to the gold trim.

This 1940s opaque Platonite white with red trim child's flared rim bowl was made by Hazel Atlas Glass company. It measures 5" diameter by 2-1/2" high and is decorated with a flute-playing pig in the center bottom and red rings just below the inner and outside rims. Unmarked, probably part of their Kiddie Ware line. In excellent condition with no damage, stains, or wear to the graphics.

This 6-1/2" diameter rolled rim child's feeding bowl or dish was made by Roseville in the 1920s as part of their Juvenile line. It's decorated with a green band and fuzzy yellow baby chicks in the center and the words Baby's Plate at the rim. There are no chips, flakes, or cracks but the dish received much use over the years and the hand painted design has considerable wear and fading.
