Set 3 Solid Copper Mixing Beating Bowls

$54 USDSet 3 Solid Copper Mixing Beating Bowls

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
These three solid copper mixing bowls were used for beating egg whites - the copper and egg white create a chemical reaction that helps stiffen the mixture quickly. They're fine for dry mixing too. The sizes are 8-1/4" diameter by 4-1/2" deep, 7-1/4" by 3-3/4", and 5-3/4" by 3". They date to the 1980s, are medium weight and have brass hanging rings - not the highest quality you could buy then, but certainly not the lowest. The bowls were used and all have some minor surface scratches or light ...
Swedish Copper 3 Legged Tea Kettle with Original Label

$55 USDSwedish Copper 3 Legged Tea Kettle with Original Label

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
This vintage hammered copper hearth tea kettle was made in Sweden in the 1950s or 1960s. It stands over 9" tall to the top of the lid finial and measures 10" across to the tip of the handle. The body is about 5-1/2" diameter. The spade iron legs and heart base handle are applied with copper rivets. The spotless interior is tinned, and is still bright and shiny, quite likely never used. The outside finish is clean and shiny too with no scratches or dings. The underside still has its original foil ...
Saltillo Mexico Hand Wrought Copper Creamer and Sugar Set

$49 USDSaltillo Mexico Hand Wrought Copper Creamer and Sugar Set

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
This heavy Mexican hand wrought copper creamer and sugar set looks very Arts and Crafts style with its riveted brass band decoration, but it probably dates to the 1950s or a bit later. The wide mouth cream pitcher is 4-1/4" high, the elephant ears double handled open sugar is just under 3-1/2" tall. Both pieces are marked on the bottoms: Plateria Saltillo, Saltillo Com., Hecho en Mexico. They have some light marks from use and storage and the sugar rim has a little bump as shown in the second ...
Copper Cookware Set 4 Pieces Plus Lids

$129 USDCopper Cookware Set 4 Pieces Plus Lids

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
This 7-piece set of stainless steel lined copper cookware was made in the early to mid 1980s in Korea. It includes an 8-3/4" diameter by 4" deep Dutch oven style cooking pot, an 8-3/4" diameter skillet, a 7-3/8" by 3" deep saucepan, a 6" diameter by 2-1/4" deep saucepan, and three lids. The saucepans each have their own lid, the skillet and large pot share a lid. It was a moderately priced set when new, not professional quality but not the cheapest copper cookware you could buy either. All of ...
Sheaves of Wheat Copper Kitchen Loaf Mold

$14 USDSheaves of Wheat Copper Kitchen Loaf Mold

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
This vintage stainless steel lined copper loaf-shaped food mold is 8" by 4-3/4" wide by 2-3/4" deep. The four sides are fluted with wide ribs, a bundle of wheat is embossed in high relief on the front. The mold is clean and appears unused inside with a bright, shiny lining, but the outside has a spotty patina as well as light surface scratches or scuff marks to the lacquered finish (these do not appear to go down to the copper itself). The lacquer needs to come off, then upon polishing the ...
Swirled Copper Kitchen Mold

$25 USDSwirled Copper Kitchen Mold

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
This 4-1/4" diameter by 1-3/4" deep swirled copper food or jelly mold isn't marked but the nice weight and dull tinned lining leads me to believe it's German, dating to the 1940s or 1950s. It hung above a kitchen stove for many years and has developed a spotty patina. I never polish vintage copper because I know many collectors prefer the patina, but the buyer may wish to do so to even up the coloring. The lining is in good condition and should be food safe, the mold has no dents, dings, or ...
1930s Revere Copper Egg Boiler with Whistling Chick Finial

$75 USD1930s Revere Copper Egg Boiler with Whistling Chick Finial

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
This is a scarce piece of 1930s copper cookware by Revere - the official name was "Chic Whistling Egg Cooker", complete with yellow plastic chick whistler on top. The two pans fit together similar to a double boiler. The upper pot has a center pillar with water line markings for soft, medium, and hard cooked eggs. There's also a water fill line on the outside of the lower pot. You fill the pans with water and heat. When the eggs are cooked to the desired hardness or softness, the chick whistles. ...
Set of 2 Copper Candy or Individual Molds, Flower Dome and Swirl

$28 USDSet of 2 Copper Candy or Individual Molds, Flower Dome and Swirl

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
These attractive vintage copper molds are either individual custard or larger candy molds, 3" diameter. One is a domed swirl with a flower at the center, the other has a flat top swirl design with fluted sides. They are lined with a food safe zinc alloy and have brass hanging rings. The molds are unmarked. Not new but in very good condition with no scratches or dings. Four identical sets available, price is per set of two.
Turkish Copper Ebelskiver Baking Pan

$40 USDTurkish Copper Ebelskiver Baking Pan

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
If this primitive looking copper baking vessel had been made in Europe, it would be called an ebelskiver. I'm not sure what they call it in Turkey. It measures a big 14" diameter by 2-5/8" deep and has 13 round depressions in the bottom ostensibly for dumplings, popovers, or rolls. No one would use this pan for cooking of course, its modern day function is purely decorative. The pan is vintage but not antique - I'd say 35 to 40 years old, maybe less. The importers of these primitive style ...
1920s Deep Bubble Form Copper Jelly Mold

$55 USD1920s Deep Bubble Form Copper Jelly Mold

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
I love this circa 1920s copper mold for both its form and well-worn character. It's fairly large at 7-1/4" diameter by 4" deep and has an unusual bubble-like petal design around the sides topped by a 10-petal flower in the center. Rather than the classic dome style of this era, it has more of a deep bowl shape which gives it more of a presence when hung on the kitchen wall. There's an inconsequential ding or two to the sides and rim, the tinned lining is a little worn and scraped, and the ...
Vintage Hanging Solid Copper Round Pot Rack

$250 USDVintage Hanging Solid Copper Round Pot Rack

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
I bought this round hanging copper pot rack in 1987. I love it but my new kitchen has no place to hang it. It measures 14-1/2" diameter not including the width of the six heavy brass hooks. The triple hanging chains are 21" long. The rack has a 1-3/4" deep lip, forming a shelf at the top so you can display something larger at the top - I've had copper egg boilers, stock pots, and even a large punch bowl on it at various times. The original gold foil importer's label is still attached to the ...
2 Round Swedish Copper Kitchen Molds Flower Design

$60 USD2 Round Swedish Copper Kitchen Molds Flower Design

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
These beautiful old solid copper food molds aren't marked, but I purchased them directly from an antique shop in Sweden. They are each 4-3/8" diameter by 1/5/8" deep. Each has a different embossed star flower design at the front and a brass hanging ring. The tinned interiors have some age wear as shown, and the mold with the star center has a couple of shallow, tiny impressions from being bumped or dropped. These are not modern molds and have the old, unsafe leaded tin linings, so you want to ...
English Copper Individual Aspic Molds Snake Handles

$58 USDEnglish Copper Individual Aspic Molds Snake Handles

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
I believe these unusual little silvered copper dishes are individual aspic or food molds. They're 3-1/2" diameter by about 3/4" deep, with deeply embossed designs vaguely reminiscent of the sea. Each has an applied loop handle in the form of a long snake. The molds are copper but were once tinned on the inside, silverplated on the bottoms. Most of the silverplating is still present but the inner tinning is all but gone. They are stamped Made In England. Surprisingly heavy for their size. Price ...
Vintage Copper Flower Kitchen Mold

$30 USDVintage Copper Flower Kitchen Mold

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
This solid copper food mold is just over 5" diameter by 2" deep. It's round, somewhat flattened with an embossed flower design on the front. The inside is lined with what appears to be a zinc alloy, generally considered food safe but I'm unsure of the exact content so it may not be safe for food preparation (the tin linings used in older and antique copper molds often contained lead). The mold is in very good condition with no dents or dings and has a beautiful warm patina.
Wagner West German Copper Custard Mold

$29 USDWagner West German Copper Custard Mold

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
I have three of these quality Mid Century copper custard or jelly molds, made in West Germany by Wagner. They're a generous individual size, 3-1/8" diameter by 2-5/8" deep, with columned sides and an 8-petal flower like motif on the tops. Each is marked Wagner West Germany. The food-safe tin linings have slight oxidation from age and use, and the molds have what appears to be light copper polish residue in the depressions of the designs which will clean off easily. No scratches, dents, or dings. ...
German Copper Swirl Turk's Head Food Mold

$49 USDGerman Copper Swirl Turk's Head Food Mold

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
This antique copper food head mold has the traditional Turk's Head design and shape, just like a Kugelhopf cake mold but without the center tube. It measures a little over 5" diameter by 2-5/8" deep, and has a substantial weight for its size. The top is marked Germany below the hanging ring. The inside of the mold is tin lined. The lining is not in bad condition at all considering the mold is between 80 and 100 years old or more, but you should not use it for food preparation as it may contain ...
Pair of Copper Candy or Miniature Swirl Molds

$28 USDPair of Copper Candy or Miniature Swirl Molds

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
A set of two identical copper molds with fluted sides and a swirl pattern on the fronts. At 3" diameter by 1-3/16" deep, they would be individual custard or large candy molds. They have brass hanging rings and are lined with a food safe zinc alloy. No maker's marks. They are not new but are in excellent vintage condition with no scratches or dings. Two pairs are available, price is per set of 2 molds.
Hand Wrought Deep Copper Jelly or Cake Mold

$69 USDHand Wrought Deep Copper Jelly or Cake Mold

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
This lovely hand wrought domed copper food mold has a subtle hammered texture with a slightly flower shaped design in the center rising from the arched designs in the base. It's 5-3/4" diameter by just over 4" deep, unmarked but of European origin, either German or England. The inside has a dull tin or zinc lining which is worn in a few spots. I'm not sure if it's food safe, though there is some light baking residue inside. The copper has a few minor dents which simply blend in with the texture ...
Italian Fluted Copper Kitchen Mold

$28 USDItalian Fluted Copper Kitchen Mold

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
This copper jelly mold is marked Italy near the rim. It's 4-3/4" diameter by 1-3/4" deep, in a fluted shape with a bullseye ring in the center. The inner tin lining has some wear and oxidation, and there are some light surface scuffs from storage on the top that are not deep. The mold has a nice warm brown patina.
SOLD Hammered Copper Large Roasting Pan

SOLDSOLD Hammered Copper Large Roasting Pan

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
This large copper roasting pan has a hammered texture on the sides, heavy solid brass handles and a super shiny stainless steel lining. It is marked Made In Korea on the handles and dates to the late 1970s - mid 1980s. The interior dimensions are a roomy 15 by 11 by 2-1/2 inches. There are some light scuffs and scratches on the bottom from storage or shelf wear but I really don't think the roaster was ever used for baking or cooking - it's spotlessly clean and in excellent, near-new condition.
SOLD Turkish Star Flower Copper Food Mold

SOLDSOLD Turkish Star Flower Copper Food Mold

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
I'm always wary of so-called "antique" copper from Turkey because much of it is newly made. This copper food or jelly mold isn't antique but it's surely more than 50 years old, as evidenced by the authentic patina, use-worn tin lining, and the old paper Made In Turkey label on the top. It measures a little over 3" deep by 6" diameter and has a domed star flower pattern. Nice vintage condition, just needs a mild cleaning in sudsy water, polish if you prefer your copper shiny.
SOLD 1906 Manning Bowman Meteor Copper Coffee Urn

SOLDSOLD 1906 Manning Bowman Meteor Copper Coffee Urn

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
This antique solid copper coffee urn is the Meteor by Manning Bowman, made in 1906. It heated the water by means of an alcohol burner set into the base of the stand, which is missing. The urn has a working brass spigot, two ornate side handles in copper and black painted wood, and a black wooden finial on the lid. The urn fastens onto the separate stand which has three curved legs with pierced cutout designs. The entire piece is perfectly displayable as is, but to really stand out you may wish ...
SOLD Vintage Oval Pineapple Copper Kitchen Mold

SOLDSOLD Vintage Oval Pineapple Copper Kitchen Mold

Collectibles:Metalware:Copper:Kitchen
This vintage copper food mold has a classic fluted oval design with an embossed pineapple, the traditional symbol of hospitality and welcome. Measurements are 6-3/4" by 4-3/4" by 2-1/2" deep. It's an older mold, American made no later than the 1940s or 1950s, heavier and a little larger than the more modern import versions. The old fashioned tin-based lining has some corrosion and verdigris. The folded copper tab that holds the hanging ring has some verdigris and there's a dark tarnish spot on ...
