Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for shipping, handling and insurance costs...calculated by USPS rates for Priority 2-day delivery,
on approx. weight of each item packaged, but please check with me on an accurate rate, or if you prefer another shipping method.
Larger items can be accommodated by delivery either thru a shipping company, or if you're near our next Antique Event, we can even deliver!!

If damage should occur in shipping, in spite of my very careful packaging, please do not attempt to return an item.
That will negate any insurance that is provided.....
This must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim started by you!!..please retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made, as the shipping agent will request to examine it!

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Sales tax of 7% for Florida residents, unless you can provide a Florida Sales Tax Certificate for the current year.
